I came across this simple HSB color-matching game on Threads and tried it out of curiosity. The technical implementation and game logic are extremely simple. And yet, it’s strangely addictive (I mean it).

I found the creator on Reddit: a designer with zero development background. With the help of AI, he had already shipped a product and reached thousands of people. I doubt half of developers have reached a larger audience than he did.

It comes down to two things:

• An idea that pulls people in.

• The intuition and taste to judge and refine AI-generated results — in terms of aesthetics, structure, and usability.

And one more thing. Maybe the skills developers have often lacked, i.e. vocabulary and communication, will become the more important ones going forward.
